Congratulations on your pregnancy!

 

As your birth doula, I believe in you and your body’s ability to give birth. You CAN do this. You are strong and powerful. Your body knows what to do. You know your baby better than anyone else. You are the true expert. I am there to remind you of that truth in case you sometimes forget!  As your doula, I will encourage and support you,  never judge you or make decisions for you. I will teach you how to advocate for yourself, making your birth experience more pleasurable. This is your birth journey. I can hold space, be a witness, and offer an extra set of hands. I can provide information and resources to keep you fully informed of your options. I encourage you to make decisions from a place of strength and empowerment. And I do so with reverence and respect for the process of birth, as well as love and compassion for you as you conquer the challenge of not only birthing your baby, but also birthing a new you ......

Birth Doula Services Includes: 3-4 prenatal visits, continuous physical, emotional and educational resources for you and your partner before, during and after the birth, breathing techniques, yoga movement tools, labor comfort measures, sacred touch massage, postpartum visits, birth and parenting resources and more.

FEE - $1400 Payment plans & Sliding scale payments are available.
